Once you download the Umo App on your smartphone from either the iOS App Store (for iPhone devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices), you can set up your account with a mobile phone number and email or alternatively, a username & password.
Install the Umo App
- Use your phone to go to your app store and search for "Umo Mobility":

- Go to the iOS App Store for Apple devices
- Go to the Google Play Store for Android devices

- Follow the instructions to install the free Umo App.
Once installed, you can create a Umo App account.
Umo App OS Requirements
- For iOS devices, the Umo App requires iOS 12.0 or later
- For Android devices, Umo App requires Android OS 8.0 or later
