You can unlink a Umo Card account you have linked to (in order to purchase stored value or passes on another rider's behalf) by going to the Umo Passenger Portal (umopass.com for U.S. riders, and ca.umopass.com for non-U.S. riders) > My Wallet > Linked Accounts > Unlink Account > OK.
Unlink a Umo Card account
- Log in to the Umo Passenger Portal (umopass.com for U.S. riders, and ca.umopass.com for non-U.S. riders).
- On the My Wallet tab, under Linked Accounts, click Unlink Account under the Umo Card account you want to unlink from.
- In the Unlink Account? pop-up window, click Unlink an Account.
- In the Unlink Account Confirmation pop-up window, click OK to unlink the account.
Once you click Ok, you're no longer linked to that Umo Card account to add stored value or passes on that rider's behalf.
