To report a lost, stolen or damaged Umo or TouchPass card — and to have it replaced — please contact your local transit agency or the merchant location that issued your previous card.
Note: Replacing a Umo Card permanently closes and replaces a lost, stolen or damaged card. The original card is permanently blocked from further use.
