If you change countries, Umo requires different accounts for each country. To use Umo in another country, you'll need to create a new, country-specific account.
Once you change countries, you will be logged out, and will then need to create a new Umo App account.
Create a country-specific Umo App account
- Tap the Sign in button to create an account.
- You are provided with the following options:
- Create a new account: Selecting this option allows you to use your mobile number or email address to create an account
- Sign in using your existing Umo or TouchPass login or number
- Create an account with my card: Use the number found on the back of your Umo or TouchPass card. Please note: If you select this option, you will no longer be able to use your physical Umo or TouchPass Card.
- Make your selection and complete your account creation.
Your Umo App account has been successfully created.
