What do I do if my Umo Card is lost or stolen?
If your registered Umo tap card is lost or stolen, you can get a replacement at your local transit agency's customer service center for a small fee. Once registered, all passes, Umo Cash, and account information will transfer to the new card.
To report a lost, stolen or damaged Umo or TouchPass card — and to have it replaced — please contact your local transit agency or the merchant location that issued your previous card.
Replacing a Umo Card permanently closes and replaces the lost, stolen or damaged card. The original card is permanently blocked from further use.
Contact your local transit agency for assistance with replacing your lost, stolen or damaged Umo or TouchPass card.
