You can use your personal account code when purchasing passes or adding money to your Umo Wallet in person (example: at your local transit agency) by tapping the navigation menu and selecting View Account Code.
If the Account Code option is not available in your wallet, this feature may not be available through your transit agency. Please contact your local transit agency for further details.
Use a Umo personal account code
- On the main screen, tap the navigation menu and select View Account Code.
- Show the barcode when purchasing cash balances or passes in person.
Once you have purchased your passes or added money to your Umo Wallet using your Account code, it will display in the Umo App and you can scan the QR code at the Umo Reader when boarding.
If you are having issues with the Umo App , make sure that you have downloaded the newest version of the app.
