You can get directions in the Umo App by selecting the Ride icon and entering a destination in the Where to? field.
This article contains the following:
Plan a trip with the Umo App
- Tap the Ride icon
on the home screen of the app.
- In the Where to? field, enter an address or location, or tap Choose on map to locate it.
- (Optional) Tap Leave now to select one of the following:

- Depart at– to depart at a set departure time
- Arrive by – to plan your trip based on a desired arrival time
- Tap the Done button.
- (Optional) Tap the Filters option to select your preferred Transit Type.
- A list of available routes will display, select your preferred route.
- Follow the steps of your trip itinerary.
View routes in the Umo App
- Tap the Ride icon
- Tap the Routes option alongside the Where to? search field. A list of routes in your area will display.
- Select a route to view the route path on a map. To change the day of travel, select
and adjust the date accordingly. Tap Save and an updated list of routes for the selected date will display.
Ensure you have a pass or funds in your Umo App Wallet to pay for your trip!
