You can use your Umo App account code when purchasing fares in person (example: through your local transit agency) by tapping the navigation menu > View Account Code. Account codes can also be used to link your Umo account to another Umo account.
If the Account Code option is not available in the app, this feature may not be available through your transit agency. Please contact your local transit agency for further details.
Use a Umo App account code to purchase fares in person
- On the main screen, tap the navigation menu
and select View Account Code.
- Show the barcode to your transit agency or merchant.
- On the Account ID screen, scan the personal account code on the barcode reader.
- Purchase a Umo App account balance or pass.
Once you have purchased your pass or added money to your Umo Wallet using the Account Code, the fare product will display in the app.
