Change Your Metro Area

Change your Umo App metro area

1. Tap the navigation menu  in the Umo App and select Change Location. 
2. Select your preferred metro area. 

Your designated metro area is updated for future trips. 

When you create a Umo App account and opt in to location services, the metro area closest to you displays at the top of the Location list.

Change the transit agency for your Umo Card account

1. Log in to the Umo Passenger Portal. 
2. Click the navigation menu and select Change Agency . 
3. In the Change Agency pop-up window, search for the city or transit agency of your choice, and select it. 

 Your newly-selected transit agency is updated for future trips and purchases.
