You can modify your Umo App account details by going to the navigation menu
and tapping View My Account > My Profile > Edit > Save.
View My Account only appears for riders in Umo-supported metro areas and is only editable once you create your Umo App account.
If you initially created your Umo App account using your phone number, and have recently changed your phone number, you must contact your transit agency to have your account modified so that you are able to login.
Edit your Umo App account details
- From the main Umo App screen, tap the navigation menu
and select View My Account
.
- On the My Profile screen, tap Edit and make any necessary changes to your account details.
- Tap Save.
Your account information has been modified.
