If you use a Umo Card, you can set Umo transit-related email notifications on the Umo Passenger Portal by going to My Account > Notifications.

Once you opt in to notifications, you will receive emails related to any of the following options that you have selected:
- Stored value is low
- Pass is expiring or is running out of rides
- Profile information has changed
Set up Umo Card account email notifications
- Log in to the Umo Passenger Portal (umopass.com for U.S. riders, and ca.umopass.com for non-U.S. riders).
- From the main page, select the My Account tab.
- On the My Account tab, select Notifications.
- Under Notifications, select the check box next to any of the following to receive related emails:

- Stored value is low – by selecting this, you will receive an email notifying you when your stored value amount is below a certain threshold.
- Pass is expiring or is running out of rides – by selecting this, you will receive an email notifying you when your pass is expiring or running out of rides.
- Profile information has changed – by selecting this, you will receive an email notifying you when any of your Umo profile information has been altered.

Opt out of Umo Card account email notifications
To opt out of a Umo notification, go to to My Account > Notifications and de-select the checkbox next to the notification(s) that you no longer want to receive.
