Redeem a Umo Card Benefit Code

You can redeem a benefit code to unlock and expose a reduced fare you are entitled to—or use it as a promotional code—by logging on to the Umo Passenger Portal (umopass.com for U.S. riders, ca.umopass.com for non-U.S. riders) and going to My Wallet > Redeem Benefit Code.

Be sure that the first part of the code you have matches the three-letter prefix (indicating the transit agency). If this three-letter prefix doesn't match, your code came from a different transit agency.

Redeem a benefit code at the Umo Passenger Portal

1. Log in to the Umo Passenger Portal (umopass.com for U.S. riders, ca.umopass.com for non-U.S. riders). 
2. On the My Wallet tab, click Redeem Benefit Code. 
3. On the Redeem Benefit Code screen, enter the benefit code issued by your transit agency. 
4. Click Submit. 

Umo applies the benefit code and automatically discounts your fare or applies your promotional code for a benefit.
