Download the Umo Mobility app on your smartphone from either the iOS App Store (for iPhone devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and set up your account with a mobile phone number and email or, alternatively, a username & password.
Umo App iOS and Android Requirements
- For iOS devices, the Umo app requires iOS 17.6 or later
- For Android devices, the Umo app requires Android OS 7.0 or later
Download or Update the Umo Mobility App
- Use your phone to go to your app store and search for "Umo Mobility":

Having trouble downloading the Umo App?
If you're unable to download the Umo app, here are a few things to check:
- App Store Availability: The Umo app is only available in app stores for countries where Umo is currently supported. If your Apple or Google account is linked to a country where the app isn’t published (for example, a German App Store account while you're traveling in the US), you may not be able to download it.
- Parental Controls: If your device has parental controls enabled, they may be restricting access to download the app. Check your settings to ensure app downloads are allowed.
