You can unlink a Umo account you have linked to (in order to purchase stored value or passes on another rider's behalf) by going to the Umo Passenger Portal or the Umo App.
In the Passenger Portal (umopass.com for U.S. riders, and ca.umopass.com for non-U.S. riders), go to My Wallet > Linked Accounts > Unlink Account > OK;
In the Umo App, go to Wallet > Linked Accounts > select Unlink Account on the account you would like to unlink from > Unlink.

Unlink a Umo account in the Passenger Portal
- Log in to the Umo Passenger Portal (umopass.com for U.S. riders, and ca.umopass.com for non-U.S. riders).
- On the My Wallet tab, under Linked Accounts, click Unlink Account under the Umo account you want to unlink from.
- In the Unlink Account? pop-up window, click Unlink an Account.
- In the Unlink Account Confirmation pop-up window, click OK to unlink the account.
Once you click Ok, you're no longer linked to that Umo account to add stored value or passes on that rider's behalf.
Unlink a Umo Account in the Umo App
- Log in to the Umo App.
- Tap Wallet

- Click on the Linked Accounts tab to see the accounts you can purchase for.
- Click the Unlink Account button under the Umo account you want to unlink from.
- In the pop-up window tap Unlink.
- The Unlink Account Confirmation pop-up window will display, tap OK to return to your wallet.
You have successfully unlinked the account.
Link a Umo account in the Passenger Portal
- Log in to the Umo Passenger Portal:

- At umopass.com for U.S. riders
- At ca.umopass.com for non-U.S. riders
- On the My Wallet tab, under Linked Accounts, click Link an Account.
- In the Link an account window, enter the Umo or InComm card number that you want to link to.
- (Optional) Create a nickname for the link-to account, so you can easily refer to it.
- Once you've entered the link-to account number, click Link an Account.
The link-to account now appears under Accounts You Can Purchase For on the My Wallet tab, and you can purchase passes and stored value on their behalf.
Link a Umo account to another in the Umo App
- Log in to the Umo App.
- Tap Wallet

- Click the Linked Accounts tab.

Tap Link an Account. You have the following options:
the linked user's card code, account code, or QR code.
- Manually enter the account number.

Once the account has been entered in the app, a confirmation screen will display. Tap Ok and complete the following fields:
- Nickname: Enter a nickname for the receiving user.
- Profile icon: Select a profile icon

- Tap the Save button.
The linked account now appears under Accounts You Can Purchase For in your Wallet
. You can now purchase passes and stored value on the behalf of the linked account.
