The Umo Platform Reader enables you to pay your fare prior to boarding, making boarding your bus fast and easy. You can pay using your Umo Card , the Umo Mobile App
, or a QR Code paper ticket
issued to you or purchased from the Ticket Vending Machine located on the platform. It's as easy as: Buy, Pay, Ride.
Ride in 3 easy steps
- Buy your fare using the Umo Mobile App, via the Umo Passenger Portal, visiting a retail location, or via the Ticket Vending Machine on the platform.
- Pay your fare by tapping your Umo card or showing your QR Code from your Umo Mobile App or QR Code paper ticket to the scanner located at the bottom of the Platform Reader.
- Enjoy your ride.
If you pay your fare with a QR code paper token, make sure to hang on to it for the duration of your journey, including any transfers.
Please note that not every transit agency has implemented the Umo Platform Reader.
