As of August 20th, 2024, the legacy version of the Umo App is no longer functional. Users on the legacy version of the Umo App (versions 5 and below) will not be able to log in to the app, make purchases or board the bus.
Note: Users who do not upgrade to the most current version of the app will not be able to use the Umo App to make purchases or board the bus.
If you receive the following errors, you may need to download the newest version of the Umo App:
- "Something is not working properly. Make sure you have an active internet connection and try again."
- "Unable to change metro area"
- Unable to login
Download the updated Umo App
To fix these issues please download the Umo App on your smartphone from either the iOS App Store (for iPhone devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and log in to your existing account or set up your account with a mobile phone number or email & password.
Umo App OS Requirements
- For iOS devices, the Umo App requires iOS 15.0 or later
- For Android devices, Umo App requires Android OS 11.0 or later
