Change Your Umo App Payment Method

Change your Umo App payment method 

  1. From the main screen, tap the menu icon Screenshot 2024-05-14 at 1.31.13 PM.png in the upper left corner and tap View My Account.
  2. Tap Payment.
  3. Tap Replace and enter your new payment information. 

info-2color-mint.png You can also tap the Camera icon Camera_Icons.jpg to scan your credit or debit card: 

      • Position your credit or debit card within the frame so that the card number is visible.
      • Once your card is scanned, fill in your cardholder name and ZIP Code.

tip use case icon no.png Tip: Additionally, if your transit agency offers Apple Pay Apple_Pay_Icon.PNG and Google Pay Google_Pay_Icon.PNG as payment methods, you can select either of these for payment. 

  1. Tap the Save card button.

Remove your payment method

If you wish to remove your payment method entirely, complete the following steps.

  1. From the main screen, tap the menu icon Screenshot 2024-05-14 at 1.31.13 PM.png in the upper left corner and tap View My Account.
  2. Tap Payment.
  3. Tap Remove and confirm removal by selecting Remove in the pop up window
