As of March 31st, 2022, the TouchPass app has been discontinued. Please download the Umo App or create an online Umo account and register your card at the Umo Passenger Portal.
You can only have either a Umo card or use the Umo App. (For example: If you download the Umo App and create an account, your Umo or TouchPass card will be disabled.)
If you are having trouble logging in or connecting your TouchPass account to Umo, rest assured that your transit agency can help you get it sorted out.

Download the Umo App
Download the Umo App on your smartphone from either the iOS App Store or Google Play Store and set up your account.
Note: Your TouchPass username and login credentials will automatically work on the Umo App!
Once installed, the Umo App will automatically read your TouchPass account information, including your cash balance and passes.
Create an Online Umo account
Register your Umo card at the Umo Passenger Portal to top up or buy passes, set up autoload, and manage your card-based payments.
